Our Story

Incorporated on February 22, 2026, Raisa Foundation began with a simple but profound observation: the cycle of poverty can only be broken when basic needs are met and opportunities are created.

Registered as a non-government, private company (CIN: U85500MH2026NPL468656) in Mumbai, we set out to address two of the most pressing issues in our society: women's lack of financial independence and widespread food insecurity.

Today, from our base at Haji Ali, Mumbai, we coordinate outreach programs that bring tangible relief and long-term empowerment to those who need it most.
